The Feldenkrais Method is a process of embodied learning through movement and awareness that gives you access to your potential. The Method was developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, physicist, engineer and judo master. He opened up a vast field of exploring the interconnections between the body, mind, environment, and self development.

JKA Solvents and Glue and Abilities Lessons in Movement create profound changes in self-organization, movement, sensation, thinking and feeling. Experience more: stability • mobility • clarity • solidity • strength • stamina • connection • confidence • balance • upright • vitality

About Kasia Wyszynski:

Kasia Wyszynski is a Feldenkrais practitioner, JKA practitioner, and licensed physical therapist with over 30 years of experience exploring movement, learning, and human potential. Her work reflects a lifelong curiosity about how we organize ourselves in action and how awareness can open the door to greater ease, adaptability, and skill throughout life.

Drawing on decades of clinical experience working with people with orthopedic and neurological conditions, chronic pain, and movement challenges, Kasia integrates the Feldenkrais Method, the Jeremy Krauss Approach, evidence-based physical therapy, and mindfulness practices into both her teaching and clinical work.

Together with her husband, Marek Wyszynski, Kasia co-directs a movement-based physical therapy practice on 26th Street in Manhattan, where they help clients improve function, recover from injury, and rediscover comfort and confidence in movement. She has a particular interest in working with women, especially to support pelvic health.

Whether teaching a group class or working one-on-one, Kasia's goal is to create an environment where people can explore, learn, and experience more ease, comfort, and joy in movement.
