    This practice is a combination of Jeremy Krauss Abilities Movement lesson and JKA Solvents and Glue (Solvents = dissolve old patterns. Glue = strength & stability).

    These new and ingenious practices have roots in the Feldenkrais Method®, and bring a fresh, clear and impactful approach to improving posture, movement and overall well-being.
