JKA is a unique approach developed by Jeremy Krauss, a direct student of Moshe Feldenkrais, who taught 28 Feldenkrais Professional Trainings over the last 40 years. These practices are open to everyone, no previous experience necessary.

WHY A MEMBERSHIP FORMAT?

The JKA Membership will support your ongoing practice of JKA-ATM and JKA Solvents and Glue.

We will DIVE DEEP into the LAYERS and relationships between the upright Solvents and Glue practice and the JKA-ATM lessons on the floor.

We'll move back and forth----from the ground to standing and back again--- zooming in and zooming out, exploring patterns, positions, directions, relationships… Building and deepening an alive, enlivening, evolving practice.

In the structure of a membership we can keep the practice alive, fresh, growing, deepening over time.

There will be different sections for short and longer lessons. Solvents and Glue Standing Level 1 and 2, work on the floor and in standing, and book work. We will offer 3-4 live online classes per week and there will be recordings of everything in a rotating playlist.

The main goal of the membership is to support an ONGOING PRACTICE that creates greater uprightness, freedom, ease, connection, confidence, clarity, support, lightness, joy, pleasure, aliveness, vitality, and and and….

    We will teach this original S & G material + add nuance, clarifications, variations in other positions using JKA-ATM.

    The JKA Membership will be BOTH a review and further clarification / elaboration/ re-combination / riffing off / zooming in and out from the original material.

    The structure of the membership supports the ability to BUILD and evolve the ONGOING PRACTICE of JKA Solvents & Glue, combined with JKA-ATM.

  • Movement & Creativity Library is a mix of Feldenkrais®, Organic Intelligence®, creative process practices and some JKA practices.

    The JKA Membership will focus just on JKA and explore these practices in depth with 3-4 live online classes per week starting this fall that will go back and forth between the floor and standing practices (and practices using the weight of books). These live classes will be recorded and be shared in an alive rotating playlist.
