David answers additional questions that came up after the lesson:

.10 This work in particular seemed to evoke a significant amount of grief, upset, and emotion. Almost as tho, the closer we get to “relaxed”, the more the nervous system works to “not relax”.  This doesn’t surprise me, but I’m often a bit puzzled by the common recommendation to kind of, only stay in a space of pleasure or ease. I'm aware that the common recommendation is to “do less” and commit to staying in a pleasurable or curious space; David, what are your thoughts on how to “balance” exploring movements that evoke escalation and upset, with going gently and staying in a  comfortable and pleasurable state?

43 How is the tongue connected to the pelvic floor. When my tongue pulls back I feel my pelvic floor contract.

48 I’m interested to see if this class could help ringing in my ears. I also wonder about a link between tightness of the jaw and hearing

52 Is this to be a daily practice?

07 Would the 6 week class connect into trauma?

44 Would this help with learning disabilities as dyslexia?

06 Would this help with injury in C3 and C4 due to accident?

44 I think u said the movements are connected to the primitive part of the brain? can u say that again, elaborate?

08 Can you talk more about the 6 week course and what will be covered, and what will be explored ?

49 Oddly my jaw seems a little fatigued? & My jaw clicks when I move, anything extra I can do?

26 Could you please explain the importance of the tongue in walking and stability?

52 I’m wondering about the tongue in flexion or extension, knowing the difference (thinking of coordinating with hands). is bringing the tongue down flexion?

28 Did Moshe do ATM lessons like this?

39 What does it mean if you fall asleep for a few minutes during the lesson?

19 Is it normal for emotion to come up?

06 This also reached into held emotion pain/fear shoulder blades/behind sternum...

32 Have you ever used this to treat neck tremors from essential tremor?

24 How can it help with someone with chronic herpes virus?

19 Would these exercises be beneficial for nystagmus?

20 When I moved my jaw to the right my left ear got itchy and released fluid?

26 Does today's lesson help align my axis?

15 How does it relate to dental trauma?

35 Can you talk more about the 6 week course and what will be covered.  I have issues lying on my back so I would also be interested how much is on the back

33 Is it more useful to do the movements for longer time or more times in one session? So the session would be longer.

_I am very interested in the 'Creating Neurological Balance and Ease Series' as I think this could bring me more strategies and ways to regulate my own nervous system as well as those of my clients. I found the work .jpg
