In this Awareness Through Movement® lesson we explore unwinding what Moshe Feldenkrais called the “Body Pattern of Anxiety”. It is a beginner friendly lesson and a great one to come back to again and again.
Make sure to clear a space on the floor where you can lie down on your back. Only do what is comfortable and interesting to you. If you encounter discomfort in any form, reduce your effort, rest often and modify the movements as you need to.
